This residential home was designed and built by Nira Homes on schedule and to specification, delivering a safe, accessible, and fully functional home for the client in line with NDIS guidelines.
Throughout the design process, we customised all features to the mobility and safety requirements of our wonderful NDIS clients. This meant universal design features like ramps, wide doorways, accessible bathroom and kitchen layouts, landscaping and external work, all suited to our client. We also chose interior and exterior finishes, such as flooring, cabinetry and fixtures that were suitable for our NDIS client. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations were also tailored to ensure correct functionality and ease of use for our clients needs.
