Our original builder went into liquidation, and honestly, it was a nightmare. From all that stress and turmoil, we suddenly felt like we were finally in safe hands. They were incredibly easy to deal with. They took over the build from frame stage, and the experience was completely different from what we had gone through with our previous builder. Caleb was vey honest, transparent, and kept us in the loop with weekly updates — which was super helpful since we were interstate. With our previous builder, if I printed out all the missed calls and unanswered emails, it would've been pages.Calls were always answered- and if he was busy, he would at least send a quick text to let us know. I have to say their build quality is outstanding. The best part was how they handled all the unexpected issues that popped up because of the dodgy work from our last builder. Honestly I owe to them for my mental heath over the last 8 months .

My wife and I had the Outlook/ Pakenham home built for us by Caleb and his team. Caleb was extremely accommodating when changes were needed and very helpful in suggesting solutions to any problems that popped up during the build. We have built 3 times previously and this was by far the most pleasurable experience we have had, the build quality is superb due to the excellent subcontractors used especially Brad. The only delays we had were Covid or weather related. I would have no reservations about recommending Nira homes to anyone thinking of building a new home.

After our builder went into Administration with our first new build, we were very stressed, financially challenged and didn't know who could help with finishing our house. Our friend recommended Nira Homes and it was the best choice we made and were extremely happy. Caleb's professionalism, expertise, knowledge and friendliness was the reassurance we needed. All of his trades people were treating our home like it was their own. The eye for detail and dedication to complete all works was with perfect craftsmanship. We are forever grateful to the administration team along with Caleb and Brad. Next time we consider building, we will build again with them, I wouldn't trust anyone else with this huge investment and I highly recommend Nira Homes.
